What is Last Cereal? Last Cereal mutates and evolves. Begun as sort of a visual weblog, then slowly became a comic strip. Now... it's almost a community. When did Last Cereal actually begin and why? On July 04 1999, my girlfriend M. suddenly dumped me in a very surreal night spent in her bed. On July 08 1999, at work, despair turned into schizophrenic usage of Paint Shop Pro: the Logo magically appeared, and I wrote the first 3 strips to "yell to the world" my personal tragedy. The very first readers, some friends, pointed out that "the strip was the first insightful comic strip they had ever seen, and that I should have kept up the job". The rest is (sigh) history. My life, Last Cereal, are melting more and more. Fear. Resignation. Smile. The Third season is special. It begun with the renaissance of the story between me and M.: more or less, she has been asking me to restart what "in the end was an important pieces of our lives". Sure. Months later, she decided that getting addicted to heroin was a good idea, and the season gets a serious twist with the "Silent Serenade Of Spirits" (strips 201 - 208)
